In the Spanish town of Coca, in the province of Segovia, Castilla y León, the tower of San Nicolás is what is left of the old church bearing the same name. According to José Mara de Azcárate, it would have been influenced by the tower of the mosque in Cordoba. Julio Valdeón Baruque describes it as a prominent example of Gothic-Mudejar architecture. Although it is unclear when it was built, it has been around since at least 1247. With the designation RI-51-000087, it has been identified as an Asset of Cultural Interest. It's been used as a clock and a dovecote as well.
