The tapestries in this room, which is a portion of Queen Mara Cristina's chamber, show the four seasons. On June 19, 2014, Felipe VI was proclaimed king of Spain, and the room was rebuilt to include the emblem of the constitutional monarchy.

As a result, the crown and scepter from the Royal Collections, which had only previously been used for ceremonial events and had never been seen by the general people, are now on display. The crown was made during the reign of Charles III and is made of chiseled, embossed, and gilded silver. The sceptre belongs to Charles II's reign and is made of rock crystal, gilt silver filigree, enamel, and garnets set in gem-set settings. Both pictures have been used as the Hispanic monarchy's insignia since Isabella II's rule.

In this area there is also a necklace from the Order of the Golden Fleece, the greatest accolade granted by the Spanish monarchs. The adornment on display is constructed of cast, carved, and enameled gilded silver and gold and was imposed onto the Virgin of Atocha by Isabella II in 1854.

The genuine chair from the Throne Room of the Royal Palace in Madrid is another artifact in the space. King Charles III originally had it, and it has served as a model for succeeding thrones. King Charles III's portrait is shown on the rear.

Also on display in the Crown Room is the so-called Table of the Sphinxes, one of the greatest pieces of furniture in the Royal Collections. Charles IV bought it in 1803 and had it embellished in the Empire fashion. King Juan Carlos I ratified the Organic Law, whose text is also on display, and on June 18, 2014, it became effective. Prior to the EU, it was used to sign Spain's membership in the EEC.

A replica of King Felipe VI's proclamation address bearing his personal signature completes the area.
